Color Blocking with Saree

Color blocking in sarees is something I wanted to experiment with.

It’s basically a color combination of colors opposite or nearly opposing to one another on the color wheel.Or in easier terms,complementary colors.Just like complementary angles complete an angle of 90 degrees similarly, both the colors when combined,they complete something each lacks.For example reds lack the colors green and blue or yellows lack blue and purple.Such colors in combination give one a very contrasting look that is weirdly actually balancing them.

Yellow and blue is one such a vibrant combination.Basically the pop of colors is so balancing that it actually stands out making you look bright.

It’s these colors that I’ve combined for this outfit.
